On Wednesday 23rd January and Thursday 24th January 2019, Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is excited to welcome the famous French Michelin-Star Chef Hubert Maetz who is famed for his inventive cuisine crafted with the freshest ingredients worked with finesse in the French region of Alsace, including its flora.
The 7 courses dinner, comes with premium set menu featuring Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, Open-face Frog Legs & Snails Ravioli, and Lobster and River Prawns with Alsace Saffron.
There would not be any Alsacian Chef without its wines. We will offer a great selection of top wines from Alsace, the winery Trimbach.

The Michelin-Chef graduated from the Hospitality School of Strasbourg. He started his training in Au Romain, the most respected brasserie of Strasbourg. Along his different work experiences he was taught by three-star Michelin Chef Antoine Westerman. A few years after, he opened his restaurant named Le Rosenmeer which obtained its first Michelin stars after 20 years.

that will showcase two dishes.
Get involved in a cooking demonstration after the class to work alongside this inspiring chef. After the class, lunch will be served to sample the different dishes prepared during the demonstration.
