Meticulous and refined, the cuisine of Thierry Seychelles navigates between authenticity and modernity. After achieving a diploma at the Pontivy Hotel School, Chef Thierry perfected his skills alongside Michelin Chefs such as Pierre Gagniare, Alain Passard and Patrice Caillault.
Later, Thierry Seychelles’ opened his own restaurant in Vannes, France named “Le Roscanvec”. This gastronomic address has become a true reference for refined cuisine and is associated with Sarah Kaczorowski. Thierry Seychelles continues to innovate on the plate, while “revisiting” the classics of French cuisine.

The insightful cooking classes led by the talented Michelin Chef Thierry Seychelles will take you on an exciting and inspiring journey into the heart of French culinary savoir-faire.
Learn techniques and knowledge alongside one of the world’s best chefs. The cooking class will be followed by a demonstration in the kitchen where everyone can play an active role. After the class, lunch will be served to sample the different dishes prepared during the demonstration.
