Ekarieach All Stars brings together 26 outstanding Cambodian artists whose works shaped the first two editions of the Ekarieach Multi-Art Competition. Founded in 2023 by Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra, Recreation Cambodia, and Le Lézard Bleu, Ekarieach takes its name from the Khmer word meaning independent, marking the spirit of creative freedom that inspired its creation in celebration of the 70th anniversary of Cambodia’s independence.

Following the themes Independence in 2023 to 2024 and Water in 2024 to 2025, Ekarieach has become a respected platform for discovering and supporting emerging artistic voices, while contributing to Phnom Penh’s growing cultural landscape.

For this special All Stars edition, the artists are invited to explore Identity. Rather than a single narrative, the exhibition celebrates individuality, personal vision, and freedom of expression. Each artwork reflects how the artists see themselves, their practice, and their place within the creative community.
