The Pavilion at Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra will host a private whisky dinner dedicated to The Macallan Harmony Collection. This intimate experience brings together three distinctive expressions, each paired with a thoughtfully composed five course menu designed to complement their character and depth.

The evening will feature Amber Meadow, Intense Arabica, and Vibrant Oak. Each whisky reflects The Macallan’s exploration of nature, craft, and flavor, offering guests the opportunity to discover the nuances behind this celebrated collection.

With only 30 seats available, the dinner promises a relaxed and immersive setting where guests can savor exceptional whisky alongside carefully curated cuisine.
