From the lush gardens that welcome our guests to the daily choices we make within the hotel, sustainability guides every step of our journey. In 2024, we proudly replaced all plastic water bottles in our guest rooms with reusable Lyyon glass bottles, reducing single-use plastic and promoting a more circular approach to resources.

Our Le Bar continues to embrace innovation with ecoSPIRITS, a closed-loop system that eliminates single-use glass in the premium spirits supply chain — reducing waste and carbon emissions while redefining sustainable luxury.

Beyond our walls, our teams actively contribute to a cleaner city and a healthier planet. On October 9, 2024, the F&B Service team joined a city cleanup campaign, collecting waste and reaffirming our commitment to environmental stewardship. Similar initiatives, such as the Great Clean-Up around our hotel, have removed over 250 kilograms of waste in just two hours, showing how collective action can make a lasting impact.

We are honored to have received the Certificate of Appreciation from the Ministry of Environment, recognizing our contributions to natural resource management, biodiversity conservation, and sustainable living. The Ministry also awarded us the Green Hotel Certification, acknowledging our efforts to operate responsibly and mindfully.

Every initiative — from switching to LED lighting for energy efficiency, using paper straws and composting food waste as fertilizer, to supporting local producers and green plantations — reflects our belief that environmental care is a shared responsibility.

In a special gesture of appreciation, Princess Norodom Marie Ranariddh presented us with a Schefflera Actinophylla (Umbrella Tree), now proudly planted at our lobby entrance — a living symbol of our ongoing dedication to sustainability.
