Kizuna Nights returns to Hachi with a six-course four-hands dinner bringing together Japanese seasonal cuisine and Cantonese herbal cooking.
Discover autumn ingredients and Chinese herbs through dishes including Cantonese snapper Yu Sheng, unagi chawanmushi and grilled king mackerel with miso dang gui sauce. Herbal soup tasting and live culinary presentations bring you closer to the ingredients and preparation behind the menu.
