Key Terms
– Minimum 7 nights: rent must be prepaid upon confirmation to secure the room.
– Deposit: USD 50 per night to cover incidental charges, which may be applied to damages or unpaid charges.
– Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. All visitors must register at the Front Desk.
– Smoking is not permitted inside the room. Smoking floor is available.
– No cooking, appliances, or commercial activities are allowed in the room without prior approval.
– The hotel is not responsible for parcels or outside food delivery.
– Durian is not permitted. A USD 200 cleaning fee applies if violated.
– The hotel is not liable for lost items. Please use the in-room safe.
– The hotel may terminate the stay for non-payment, rule violations, or illegal activity.
– Shortened stays will incur a 30% increase in the daily rate.
