Discover a special evening at Le Bar featuring three releases from The Macallan Harmony Collection: Amber Meadow (2023), Vibrant Oak (2024) and the JING Tea-inspired release (2025). Guided by Sam Dalcourt, the tasting highlights the distinctive character of each expression, accompanied by a specially selected canapé pairing.

The evening also features live music and a lucky draw, with the chance to win a Sushi All You Can Roll experience at Hachi.
